Michigan is famous for it's cherry harvest in the beautiful lakeshore community of Traverse City. I have fond memories of driving down the point and buying fresh picked cherries from roadside stands. Michigan also has many apple orchards and you only need drive 20 minutes in any direction to find one. LOVE this one from..Barnyard*britches
