Is there a "Tier system" ?????

When it comes to groups??? One commenter stated that YES indeed there is. Is it TRUE?
is Boutique Flourish Just a stepping stone to StudioE? What makes the perceived "Top tier groups" Better than a new group that just popped up?? My opinion is that some of these groups are considered better because of the sales of some of the members. But as far as quality..I have posted many many auctions from sellers in "lower tiered groups" without bids, who's quality is impeccible and should be fetching the prices of those in the top tiers...... Is it longevity?? Ivy Lane catapulted to the top immediately when it was formed. Is it all just PERCEPTION?? Is there really a ladder to success in the boutique world??
