You obviously dont get it.!!! Ebay or Feebay is a big enough company to be able to afford this change. From what I have read we will not. This will be passed on TO US!! This is the greed of the cable and phone companies, who see an opportunity to gouge big business for high speed internet access and we will not be able to afford what we have today. The little momprenuer will be history...Your fee hikes in your stores will look like pocket change!!!! which is what it is! Your cable company will decide which companies websites will be easy to use and which will not and the ones who pay the most money will get an easy to load site. Do you have the thousands a month it may take to support your site??

Why does ebay care?? They will lose their members. This affects everyone.

Dont let your disdain for the price hikes, cloud your judgement when it comes to this.

You dont like the FEE hikes. Just wait till ebay has to triple or quadruple their prices to pay for high speed access. BUT will you even be there? Will your business survive? If you can't, what are your options? Doing daycare? Can you afford a Brick and mortar store, do you have the ambition to go out and sell your wares at a show. Who will watch the kids? Who knows what will happen. No more blogs, no more myspace, no more podcasts, Daria? what will you do? No more Design community... No more mini mall hunting, or boutique runway. Well one good thing NO more worries about copycats Unless you can accuse people in your office you will be working at.
No more ebooks, words like POSH, euro, bling and what not!! Who will look at your photos.. I suppose we can see them in magazines. Am I getting through yet.?? OH and where will you sell your awesome templates, or have fun doing logos, chat with each other? How ever will we all keep in touch? We have too much to lose. This has already passed in the house . ....

I kind of like the way things are right now. But that's just me. Think about it ...READ about it!!! we need to do something about it...
