It is a very intricate twirl skirt made
with Alexander Henry's "La Fiesta" fabric.
The middle tier is ruched ( thats what
they call it!) between the top and bottom tier. It has
a largeattached sash and an attached white
petticoat that is super full -- just like
the skirt -- and is trimmed with vintage
spanish lace. The top is also
very intricate and gorgeous with lots of
delicate details...
