The ladies of DDCW would like to announce the change of status from a full-time designing/selling group; to a full-time prayer/Christian support group, and part-time selling group. We came to this decision as a result of needing to spend more time with our families, and focus on other priorities. This group is NOT disbanding.

What does this mean to you?

There will be absolutely NO change as far as our customers are concerned. You can still expect the same level of quality you have always received from us. Some of our members will be going solo, some will look for a new full-time group, but we all will continue to love and support each other through prayer and occasional launches.

We appreciate your business, and your continued support. Thank you, and God bless you all!

A couple things.......
First...I do not know where the comments are going when I moderate them. They are just lumped together in a row on a page. Recently some comments, with the same subject manner, I thought were going to one post were actually going to another. I removed those comments and the post.

second.... I love seeing your favorites....readers favorite. You must get permission from the seller before sending the auction in. Forward a permission email There is at least One group in our community of ebay boutique of hundreds of groups.... that does not want anything to do with this blog . So I respect their wishes and will not publish anything related to this group..I am bringing it up as I have gotten 3 submissions from readers today for this group. If your son or daughter is modeling for a designer and you submit a picture and the auction be sure to have permission as I have been scolded recently for publishing a picture and announcement , that was not cool with the seller. SO when you dont see what you sent in published this could be why.

A thump in the night

I loved this story... From Sally

Last night around 10:00, I heard a loud thump from upstairs. It sounded as if one of the boys had fallen out of bed, so I went upstairs to check. Evan was sound asleep in bed, so I checked Robby's room. He also was sound asleep, but his desk lamp was on the floor.

When I picked up the lamp, I discovered that there was a thread caught on it, which was coming from Robby's bed. I tried to break the thread, but couldn't. I went and got a pair of scissors to cut the thread from his blanket. It was then that I realized that it was attached to a wrist band around Robby's wrist. I cut it off from the wrist band, and found that the other end had been tied securely around the neck of the lamp. Cutting it free from the lamp, I gathered up the thread and discovered a plastic sandwich bag tied in the thread.

After leaving his room and getting out into the light, I looked at the sandwich bag and saw a tooth in it. Robby had set a trap for the tooth fairy! The fairy was supposed to pull on the string, causing the lamp to fall and wake Robby up! The string that I couldn't break was, of course, dental floss.

That's my boy.
